The villa is equipped with central heating and it has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Guests of the villa enjoy total privacy. The grounds are fenced.
The villa can only be reached by car. There is a parking area.
The closest shops can be found at approximately 8 km (5 miles), the closest restaurants at approximately 2 km (1.5 miles), in Palazzuolo.
The villa is located in Val d'Ambra (Ambra Valley), at 35 km (21 miles) from Siena and 80 km (50 miles) from Florence.
The closer centers are Badia A Ruoti (6 km/3.5 miles) and Ambra (8 km/5 miles).
