This apartment is located in S.João, by the seaside, near the traditional fishermen village where nobles used to enjoy their baths by the turn of the XX century. S. João is a small sea side area part Estoril. I has a privileged location: next to the railway station where you can easily take the train towards Lisbon, or Cascais and at 5 minutes walking to the beach of S. João and the Tamariz beach in Estoril or the Casino. Walking by the seaside walk you easily reach Cascais Bay and its other warm beaches. The area is healthy, sunny, and quite nice for walkings and seaside activities. A fish meal is defently recommended.

Lisbon and its monuments and typical historical districts is a step ahead on a 20 minutes train journey. And Cascais and Estoril XIX centuries challets and gardens at 15 minutes walk by the sea.

By the apartment you find supermarkets, cafeterias, shoppings and banks.

The bedrooms are set at the back and give to a quite park/square. Both the living room as the bedrooms have balconies. The flat is comfortably and furnished and equipped. Ideal for groups of 4 or for families with children.
