We will do not charge credit cards before arrival. Credit-card details are only needed for booking security and to hold your reservations or for possible cancellation or damage compensation. - We prefer our guests to pay n cash on receipt.
3,5% supplement are added for bank-procedure when paying the rent by credit card. Cancellation Agreements:
–Until 21 nights, reservations may be cancelled for free. Please send us a mail or fax!
–Less than 21 nights before arrival a cancellation fee of 250 Euro will be charged.
–Less than 14 nights before arrival, 100% of the total-booking amount will be billed for cancellations held with credit cards.
