Our three 200 year-old cottages are situated in 12 acres of idyllic countryside in Lot et Garonne, South West France. This is a perfect location for a peaceful holiday and yet with plenty of activities in the area to keep all ages happy, varying from sports and a theme park, to wine tasting and gastronomic dining, to local festivals and exploring the historical connections of the area.The beautiful villages of Penne d'Agenais, Pujols and Tournon d'Agenais are all a 'must see' as well as our local towns of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and Agen (where you will see the second longest aquaduct in France). The rivers Lot and Garonne are ideal for canoieng and water skiing, or maybe hiring a boat for the less energetic who just want to admire the scenery. There are almost daily markets to be explored with the tempting displays of fruit, vegetables, local produce, and arts and crafts. Longer trips out can include the vineyards of the Bordeaux region, the city of Toulouse or the breathtaking village of St Cirq Lapopie in the Lot valley. Faysselle The property is set on the side of a sunny valley and guests are welcome to stroll through the woods and fields down to the stream below. Boules, badminton, (mini)snooker, darts, childrens swings and indoor games are all provided, and of course the swimming pool with its mini-pool and waterfall, is the main attraction.

Downstairs is a well-equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer and washing machine, a living/dining room with satellite tv and dvd player, and sufficient armchairs and sofas for everyone. There is also a shower/wc. A stable door from the living room (keeps small children in!) leads to the pool area, and a second door leads to the terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs and a barbecue. Upstairs is a double room with views towards the pretty 11th century Cambot church and two twin bedrooms overlooking the pool, and a bath/shower/wc
