A spacious, stylish, well equipped ground floor apartment with 2 balconies and its own garden. The property has 3 double bedrooms, each with en suite shower room, a kitchen/dining room, large sitting room with LCD TV and DVD player. There is a balcony giving direct access to the garden and a larger balcony with mountain view, large enough for eating out on. The house is location in a quiet side road on the edge of the village, a few metres from the Bavarian Forest National Park and 5-10 minutes walk from restaurants, shops, park with children's play area, railway museum, demonstration glassworks and railway station.

We have outdoor table tennis, table football, tennis racquets, golf clubs, large stock of DVDs, CDs and games.
