On the top of a hill it has magnificent views over the surrounding valleys, fields and woods, It is a typical perigordian barn of 250m², part of an 18th century group of buildings recently and carefully restored by their owners who live in another completely separate part.

On the ground floor :70m² living/dining area with fireplace TV, HI-FI system, books and games; a kitchen completely equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator/deep freeze, microwave oven and all necessary pots, pans and utensils; WC ; a bedroom with two single 90cm beds with an en suite bathroom designed - as is the bedroom for people with limited mobility.
On the first floor: a large open corridor which can be used by children as a play area and where there is a hand made wooden rocking horse. The corridor gives access to three bedrooms fitted out with family furniture and that look out to the south across the surrounding valleys.
- one bedroom with a double 160cm x 200cm bed with an en suite shower room and separate lavatory.
- a second bedroom with two single beds and two bunk beds, en suite shower and separate lavatory.
- the third bedroom with its old walnut double bed.This bedroom shares a bathroom and lavatory with a fourth bedroom which has two single beds.
There is also a utility room with a washing machine, ironing board etc...
