This single storey house is set in spacious and secluded grounds with a private swimming pool (8 metres x 3 metres). An adjoining field provides additional space.

The accommodation comprises a large living room, a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room, two double bedrooms with two single beds in each, a newly fitted bathroom with shower and bath and a separate WC. There is also a garage for storage.

The house is well furnished with attention to details. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, cooker, microwave, food processor, iron and hair dryer, and in each room there are electric convector heaters. In the living room there is a television with video that can receive all the BBC channels and radio. There is an audio system, a telephone, and a computer with online connections.

There is garden furniture and a barbecue.

St Cyprien can be reached by car in five minutes. The picturesque village is served by a large Champion supermarket, banks, pharmacies, bakeries, a newsagent and post office. There is a tourist office in the town centre.

There are a numerous cafes and restaurants to cater for all tastes and there is a wonderful market on Sunday mornings.

From june till september changeover days is on saturday. For the rest of the year, we are flexible regarding arrival and departure dates and the length of your stay.

Pillows and duvets are provided. Visitors should provide their own bed linen and towels or can hired bed linen and towels localy at an extra cost (12/14€ per bed / 6€ per guest for towels). Final day cleaning can also be hired localy.
