You can reach Villa Amira via a private elevator that rises up from the harbor, with doors opening just 880ft. from the entry gate. The property, elegant with contemporary style, is off the beaten path - a hidden entrance not visible from the cobble-stoned road leads down 32 steps through a fantasy rock garden to an idyllic terrace romantically draped with century-old wisteria vines. Lush landscaping, luxurious living and easy access to hiking, water sports and day trips to other parts of the Riviera make this uniquely private villa a destination to remember.
Villa Amira, with its pink exterior walls, has the traditional slate roof and green shutters of the Ligurian style.
*This villa is not suitable for guests with walking disabilities. There is no direct arrival with cars to this villa.
DISTANCES: Genoa is 30 minutes drive and within easy distances to buses, rail lines, boats and water taxis. Hike to Santa Margherita and enjoy day trips to Cinque Terre, Florence, Roman and Milan.
Electricity, AC in the bedrooms, a complimentary welcome dinner, and water included. Housekeeping/cook service 9 hours a day, plus final cleaning included. Change of bath linen twice per week. Porter service available for arrival and departure (€50 gratuity suggested). Extra maid service, laundry and ironing available for €12 per hour. Heating not included depends on usage. Telephone and fax charges are extra. All additional charges must be paid locally in Euros prior to departure.
Check-in between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. - Check-out by 10 a.m.
Although this villa is a 6 bedroom, in only sleeps 10 people.
Food allowance of €300 must be paid with balance prior to arrival and the Security Deposit of €1,000.00 is due in cash upon arrival.
