The house spreads over multiple levels, connected by open-air paths and hallways hewn from stone, and is surrounded on three sides by water. This retreat is ideal for privacy and perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.TORRE (# 1) - There are three bedrooms in the tower. Two queen size bedrooms, one on the first floor, the other on the third, both feature en suite bathrooms with tub and shower. A single bedroom with private bathroom and shower is on the second floor. A kitchen on the ground floor overlooks the beach below. The spacious living room on the second floor is filled with light pouring in from windows facing three directions seating areas have been positioned accordingly for views of the village, ocean and coast. This lovely room also features an intimate dining area and working fireplace. PORTICATO (#2) - This unit is entirely on ground level and has two bedrooms. There is a small guest bathroom and a library/bedroom featuring a single bed facing the main terrace. A double bedroom, which can also be made as a king, has an ensuite bathroom with tub and hand-held shower. On the ground floor, a sitting room opens onto a long, tiled dining portico with an extensive wood table that is large enough to welcome everyone for lunch or dinner. This room offers breathtaking views of Positano, which is stunning during the day but even more enchanting at night. Arched glass doors lead to a covered terrace. LE SIRENE (Unit 3) - There are two bedrooms in Le Sirene. A double bedroom on the first floor can also be made as a king, and features an ensuite bathroom with tub and hand-held shower. There is a single bedroom on the second floor, featuring a uniquely designed en suite bathroom. A bright and breezy living room awaits on the third floor. Three large windows face west, welcoming in the Mediterranean sunlight, and a small door leads to a charmingly intimate terrace. Comfortable couches and chairs create perfect spots for ocean gazing . In addition to a round table dining area, a new kitchen with stools and a granite counter provide opportunity for a casual meal at the bar. Positano town centre, just a few minutes walk from the villa, provides all dining, entertainment, shopping and essentials. Amalfi, Sorrento, Capri, Salerno, Napoli and Ischia are all easily accessible by boat or hydrofoil.
If the villa rents for more than one week the 1st week is $23,214 the 2nd week is $21,845 and the 3rd week is $21,389. Round Trip boat transfer from beach to Torre and porterage from I Mulini included for arrival and departure. Maid Service 6 days a week change of linen twice a week and final cleaning included, additional maid service, laundry and ironing is €15 per hour. Chef Service provided 6 days a week- the cost of the food is extra. Dinners, if any, to be paid according to selected menu. Electricity, water included, although heat is not available - the villa is available June 1st - September 30th only. Telephone charges are extra, WiFi Service included. Welecome Service is complimentary for lunch if arrival before 3:00pm (guest's pay for the food only). All extra charges must be paid locally in Euros prior to departure.
