Villa Amalfitana is located along one of the most enchanting spots of the renowned Amalfi Coast, only 3km (2 miles) from the Amalfi town center. A two storey main villa and separate dependence unit nestle comfortably amidst green olive groves, pine trees and many other Mediterranean plants that cascade down to the sea. The spacious outdoor sections of the villa offer different areas for relaxing in complete privacy. The villa comes with an excellent cook. This is the ideal place for a family reunion or getaway with friends. Two restaurants are within walking distance of the villa, and the town center of nearby Amalfi provides additional dining, entertainment, shopping and essentials. The SITA bus stop is a few steps from the gate of the villa Amalfi is a quick 15 minute trip and Positano a mere 35 minutes. Positano, as well as Capri, Ischia and Salerno, is also accessible from Amalfi by boat or hydrofoil. Napoli and Sorrento are further accessible by boat or hydrofoil from Positano. DISTANCES: Sorrento is 20 miles, Ravello is 5 miles, Pompei is 28 miles, Salerno is 18 miles, Naples (Airport) is 37 miles and Rome( Fiumicino Airport) is 197 miles. Electricity (up to 150kwh for 8 pax and up to 200kwh for 12pax), water and final cleaning included. Heating and air-conditioning not included - €0.45 x KWH. Maid service included for 6 hours per day/5 days a week. Change of bath linen included twice per week. Extra maid service, laundry and ironing are €15 per hour. Cook service on request €20 per hour, a welcome dinner is €60 per person, including wine (minimum of 6 people) and grocery delivery on request for €30. Telephone and internet charges are extra.
