When your reservation is confirmed, the $400.00 non-refundable deposit is used toward your rental. You will be billed for the balance of your rental contract and a security deposit of $500.00. After your vacation stay your $500.00 will be mailed within 30 days back to you after prompt departure and inspection of the premises less any damages or phone charges or forfeiture. Please note: these are NON smoking homes.
