All bedrooms enjoy large walk in closets, and TV with DVD player. The fully screened and heated pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence. The garden is floodlit to allow you to enjoy beautiful views during evening barbecues. A Tivoli Two HiFi FM stereo radio (compatible with iPod and other players) is located in the lounge. For the kids and young at heart, Busch gardens is a 1 hour drive away with the full selection of theme parks in Orlando (4 Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, 4 Water Parks, the opportunity to swim with dolphins, night clubs etc.) an hour and a half away. For those interested in recreational flying, Venice Airport is less than 10 minutes away. Fishing enthusiasts can enjoy the luxury of fishing from their own dock in the back garden or 15 minutes by boat to the marlin rich waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Boats can be launched from Sorrento Woods private boat ramp which is only 200 meters from the house. The nearest beaches, Nokomis and Casey Key, are only 5 minutes away or travel 10 minutes to Siesta Key or to the world renowned Caspersen Beach to hunt for fossilised sharks teeth as well as enjoying its natural, unspoilt, wind swept seclusion. Payment can be in $, EUR or UK Pounds Sterling. All bookings are processed through our certified & bonded management agent in Venice. A booking/security deposit of $500 is required for all bookings. A 25% payment is required 120 days before arrival and the final payment at least 45 days before arrival. Any electricity costs above $100 per month, and a fixed charge of $125 for 'normal' cleaning, washing of sheets + towels and bed making at the end of each rental is deducted from the security deposit. Cancellations are charged $500, the balance being refundable only if a suitable replacement booking is secured for the same period.
Prices do not include 11% local tax and are subject to change prior to a confirmed booking. Only three rentals per year can be less than one month long so we have to restrict our minimum booking to two weeks.
