Jana Antico Frantoio in Vinci is a guest farm with a mansion that has just been restructured. It is located on Marcello’s Hill in the municipality of Vinci (where Leonardo was born) just 3 km from the town. The charming country house, standing on a top of a hill with a superb view and a peaceful landscape, is surrounded by olive trees,and it is only 27 km. far from Florence, in an ideal position to reach Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena, Lucca, Pistoia as well.The house (more than 1000 mqs)is very spacious and has been divided into 8 large and elegant apartments for the guests, which can be joined to accommodate even large groups up to 33-40 people
Podere Jana is infact an ideal location for holiday meeting of friends and family reunions but in summertime June-September,
you'll required to book the whole property with a great advance if you 'ld be sure you'll find all the apartments free.
Each apartment is at least 100 sqm.
The property has been completely restructured in full respect of the Tuscan architectural style, with the handsome façade in bare stone, the door and window frames in grey sandstone, the roof ventilated with modern technology but made using the ancient tiles, the interior floors in classic red terracotta, the ceilings with great beams in chestnut, oak and cypress, or beams in antique terracotta, the plaster walls tinted in pale hues, the stone stairways, and the original frescoes that decorate some of the ceilings.Guests have a 6 x 12 meter pool at their complete disposal equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas open from may to september.Every apartment is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating. Community area with an ancient restructured oven, grill and a zone equipped with tables and benches for outdoor enjoyment.

All our apartments are really large up to 100 sqm to 150 sqm and we're proud of our choice: no other in the area can offer you so large apartment for a real comfortable and relaxing holiday.

The property made up of 8 apartments is already fully reserved from June 30th to Aug 18th, 2007 so as in Sept 7-14th, 2007 and Sept 20-24th, 2007.

From Aug 18th to Sept 1st, 2007 only 1 apartment for 4/5 people is available.
In June 2007, 8-16 and 16-23,2007 we've still two apartments vacant.
From June 23rd to June 30th a last apartment is vacant due to a cancellation

The weekly price of the apartment 6/8 sleeps is 1.680,00 € including full set of tovels, full set of sheets, lights and electricity, final cleaning. Air conditioning/heating is the only service to be paid a part in addition to this price and the service costs 15 euro for day.The apartment has a gracious private area outside with umbrella, table and chairs where you can take your lunches catching a great view of the Tower of Vinci, of the hills and the countryside.
We consent even short stays during all year and the cost for each adults for night(rich breakfast included) is 60 euros (minimum stay two nights).
We have apartments from two to 8 sleeps with weekly rental price starting from 700 euros to 1340 euros in low season, from 900 to 1680 euros in high season and from 1000 to 1750 euros in very high season (july and Aug).
In summer 2008 we're already fully booked June 14-28 and July 5-12 as well as we've already other reservations in july and august.
