Situated on the 8th floor, the apartment is breezy, very clean and cozy. It is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. With two large bedrooms (4 beds and a sofabed), it can comfortably accomodate 4 adults and a child.
The building is situated in one of the city's most elegant neighborhoods, and is 3 Km away from the Sidi Gaber Train Station, 20 km from the airport, 9 km from downtown Alexandria, and 10 km from the city’s entrance.
It is conveniently located across the street from Alexandria's newest and most modern tourist complex which includes 10 movie theatres, a supermarket open 24 hrs all days of the week, restaurants - and much more.

In addition to the rent (minimum period one week), there is a $10/week charge for electricity consumption plus a $100 deposit against damages which the tenant will get back in full if no major damage is caused to the apartment, furnishings or equipment). To make a reservation, 30% of total rent must be paid.
There is no charge for use of the telephone (local calls). Prepaid cards will have to be bought for international calls. Free dial up internet connection also available.
The apartment has a washing machine, but no dryer. Dryers are not really needed in Egypt!
Air conditioning has recently been added to the 'master' bedroom (simply because so many potential tenants enquire about it - not really needed at all)
