A $25.00 fee will be charged if you cancel a confirmed reservation. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit, less $25.00. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to your arrival date, your reservation is non-refundable but may be rescheduled, one time only, in the same house, up to one year from the original arrival date. When rebooking canceled reservations with credits to a lower cost season, there are no refunds or adjustments. When rebooking to a higher cost season, prevailing rates and conditions will apply for the rebooked dates. Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds for no shows, second cancellation, bad weather, late arrival or early departure. One nights rental plus tax, if booking more than 30 days in advance. If booking within 30 days or paying with a method other than credit card, payment in full is required. $300 security deposit (if paying by money order, cashier's check or debit card). $300 hold on credit card as deposit. $45 cleaning fee for stays less than 4 nights.
