It is possible to have a parking space in a private and guarded garage to be paid on the spot (70 Euro/week).The sea (bathing facilities where you can hire a sun umbrella, lounge chair, etc.) can be accessed directly from the house by walking along a path with approx. 700 stairs or by leaving the car 1.5 km from the house and walking along a path with 300 stairs.
