Access is in common with Osservanza 1 from an external flight of stairs culminating in a small covered loggia. Up one step through a glass door is a small landing with the private entrance doors to the two apartments. The door opens into a hallway with door on the right to the kitchen which is complete with gas range, small fitted electric oven and fridge with freezer and skylight. At the end of the hall is the spacious living/dining room with double sofa bed. A door in the living room opens into the twin bedded room. A door in this room opens into the complete bathroom with shower stall and washingmachine. The apartment windows all face the passageway between the farmhouse and the Villa.

The farm buildings were carefully refurbished and converted into six cosy and beautiful apartments that will enhance your stay in the picturesque Tuscan countryside.
The owners live in the Villa dating back to the 17th Century and it has belonged and is still occupied by the same ancient noble Siennese family.
The Villa and the apartments are surrounded by hectares of olive groves, woodlands and green fieds, where you can see in a distance for miles across the Chianti region and the beautiful skyline of Siena. In fact, the property lies at the doorsteps of Siena, offering all shops and facilities reached both by bus and on foot. Access to the property is by an electric gate and by 1.5 km of private gravel road that leads directly to the private parking area of the apartments. At the gate, the owner has created a second parking area for guests in which they can park their cars and use the regular bus line that runs from the gate directly into the centre of Siena.
The Villa is totally independent from the apartments and offers a 6.5 x 14 meter swimming pool at the margin of its formal garden that guests can use from 10 am to 9 pm daily. The pool area offers spectacular views over Siena. There is a large furnished terrace and furnished lawns in front of the apartments. All the apartments offer satellite TV and heating is payable on consumption.
Beautifully furnished with several important antique pieces in each, the apartments were restored using acoustic absorption materials to ensure complete privacy and quiet. Whitewashed walls and woodbeamed ceilings are present throughout the structure.
The bus line runs from the gate directly into the centre of Siena.
