THE TWO HOUSES ARE PRIVATE FROM EACH OTHER AND CAN BE LET SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER. LE SOULEILLAL comprises on groundfloor three double bedrooms and two bathroom and sep toilets. Also on the groundfloor are a large living room and a comfortable private 'salon’, both with large open fireplaces, where you can relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to a lovely outside terrace. On the first floor there are four other double bedrooms (two twin bedrooms and two with double bed), a single bedroom, a children bedrooms with 2 bunkbeds beds, a bathroom and shower room and two separated toilets. There is also a large play-room with plenty of games for the children.
Every room have been decorated with a hoste of antique furniture and object, each with its own story to tell. Outside there are several terraces offering exceptional view of the valley. There is also a small children’s play area and a BBQ area. LE COULEYRIE is ideal for another 4 guests. It has a large open room with a newly fitted kitchen and sofa to relax. On groundfloor there are a separated twin bedrrom, a small bathroom and a sep. toilets. Staircase brings to the double bedded bedroom. The 12mx6m swimming pool, all fenced and alos secured with an alarm is located in a sunny area and has a lovely view across the garden Le Souleilal is 1,5km from the center of a the village of Siorac which as all facilities included supermarket. Bergerac airport is 45min drive only and the many Chateaux and Bastide towns of the Dordogne are all within a short drive. It is therefore ideally situated for exploring the beautiful region of Black Perigord and sampling the local specialities in the many excellent restaurants nearby. There is a 18 holes and a 9 holes golf courses to a convenient 5min driving from the house.
