Charming house located in the middle of Stavanger, only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. It is situated in a quite street only 200 metres from the harbour and ferry terminal were you can take a boat trip to exciting and beautiful places in Ryfylke. It is possible to park your car in the area outside the house; you will however need a parking permit.The house is fully remodernised with new paint and wooden floors throughout the whole house. The house has a very good standard in every room; and is decorated in fresh, bright and modern style. The house consists of 2 floors + basement and garden. On the first floor you will find the living- and diningroom, as well as the kitchen. The kitchen opens into a small garden with deck. In the hallway there is a wc; as well as stairs accessing the second floor. On the second floor you will find 1 bathroom with shower, as well as 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms - second floor: 1 double bedroom
