Master bedroom is a very large room, with a Queen bed. 20" TV . Master bathroom is accessed via a hallway which is flanked either side by large double closets. Bathroom consists of single basin, garden tub, separate shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has Queen bed and en suite bathroom comprising bath/ shower, WC, single basin and WIC. Bedrooms 3 & 4 have twin beds and a double closet. There is a family bathroom comprising bath/shower, basin and WC. There is a seating area at the front of the property with a 2 piece suite and directly behind there is a dining table seating 6. The second seating area has a two piece suite, 32" TV and patio doors to the pool area. The kitchen is extremely spacious and has a bar style breakfast table and two high chairs, there is also a breakfast bar area that seats 3. To the rear there is a good sized patio area and fully screened in heated swimming pool. The property is not oveloooked and there is a gentle grassy rise shielding it from the view of surrouding houses.
