Luxurious, detached villa located in a tranquil location on the residential hillside between the villages of Olias and Comares (40 minutes from Malaga and 25 minutes from the sea) with panoramic views of Andalusian mountains. Own swimming pool, terrace, and immense wineyard. The Villa is comprised of 3 bedrooms, 2 double and 1 twin. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Outside you will find large wineyard and almond fields, sun loungers, garden furniture. Our home was tastefully furnished in the typical Andalusian way (pine doors and windows with shutters, wonderful furmiture...) and completely equipped. For children, lounge area is equipped with a television and DVD player. Olias local towns is 5 minutes away with wonderful market and restaurants. The way to Malaga is the wonderful way through the natural park of Colmenar, with trumendous views of Malaga region. For nightlife Malaga has it all with its clubs, restaurants, and bars and during the day there are excellent shops and a bustling port. If you are a golfer, there are a couple of golf courses. If you prefer cultural/historic visits, the historic city of Granada is a mere 45 minute drive with its enchanting Alhambra Castle. Snow skiing in the Sierra Nevada is just 70 minutes by car. The villa is accessible by road and then by a local 3 km trail (4x4 recommended). The villa is located 45 minutes from Malaga airport.
