Bean, Gap, etc.), 15 min of Augusta(Maine's Capital City) and 10 min of Lewiston, Maine. The Estate overlooks one of the best, clearest and cleanest lake in Maine: The Tacoma Lakes (a group of 5 lakes link together). It contains one of the best bass fishes(large & small mouth), perch, brown trout, pickerel and sunfish. Beside all the comfort this open floor plan house has to offer, all the modern technology and recreation activities equipment such as: Wireless High Speed Internet, Computers, Laptop, Fax, Printers, E-mail, Xbox, Cube, Nintendo, Playstation, PlayStation II, DVD's (400 movies), Canoe, Paddleboats, etc..., are options available upon request for guest's convenience. Please Note That This Villa BOOKS FAST, So Reserve EARLY. The Rental is for 7 nights and 8 days starting Saturday, 3PM to the following Saturday, 10AM. There is $600 refundable security deposit and there is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 plus a 7% Sales Tax. A deposit of 50% of the rate will confirm your reservation. The Remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your booked time. The Villa directions will be mailed or e-mailed to you upon receipt of the full payment. If the reservation is made 90 days before the date of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of the reservation. You may book more than 1 week at a time. The Security deposit will be mailed to you after the Villa is inspected for damage. Rates & rental guidelines are subject to change per owners discretion. There is no smoking inside the Villa. A full refund minus 10% will be given if a cancellation notice is received at least 90 days or more prior to your booking date. There will be no refund of deposit after that. There will be no Refund for Early Departure. The Villa is cleaned and beds are made prior to your arrival. All you need to do when you arrive is to Relax, Sip a glass of Wine and Enjoy your stay.
