The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.
There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
This is a non-smoking villa
The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a summer house, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views and a barbeque.
There are 2 bicycles in the villa and there is a set of golf clubs (although golf is not available until 2007).
If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. THIS IS A PRETTY AREA.THERE ARE GOOD RESTAURANTS AND THERE IS PLENTY TO DO.
YOU CAN BIKE,WALK,TAKE A BOAT TO THE GORGEOUS BEACH,BATHE IN THE LAKE AND TAKE A MUD BATH OR HAVE A MASSAGE.
TALK TO THE FRIENDLY TURKISH PEOPLE AND MAKE FRIENDS WITH YOUR NEIGHBOURS AND THE LOCAL EXPATS.
THERE ARE EXCURSIONS FURTHER AFIELD.
