Very peaceful in the true heart of Chianti, just 8 km far from the famous village of GREVE IN CHIANTI and 30 km far from Siena and Florence, our estate may accomodate up to 15 persons divided into 2 villas. The first villa is called IL VILLINO and may sleep up to 6 persons with 3 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living-area with a fireplace dated 1894 , a kitchen (fully equipped, also with: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), a breakfast-room, a large livingroom with tv-sat, a large diningroom. The second villa is called SCUDERIE, and it is just 5 metres far from VILLINO. Scuderie may sleep 9 person, with 3 double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, 2 livingrooms with fireplace, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (fully equipped, also with dishwasher, microwave and oven), diningroom with terrace.
FACILITIES in both villas: Satellite TV. Private heating. Stereo/Cd player. Swimmingpool. Private outside space in our park equipped with table and chairs in order to eat or relax open air. Barbecue. Laundry room.
We may rent the 2 villas together or separately in case you are a small group.
Our large park of 2 ha is equipped with BBQ, outdoor furniture and a Private swimmingpool 12x6 metres. Breakfasts and meals may be cooked by us on your request. Wine tasting. Cooking-classes. Italian language classes . Photography workshops. We may book for free for you the tickets to visit the Uffizi and/or the Accademia Museums in Florence, so that you do not have to queue in order to get in
Walking distance from a park for children with swings and children's slides.
Our place is located in the medieval village of Lamole, where you may find also a small but well equipped grocery/market and a nice typical restaurant. MAIN DISTANCES:Greve in Chianti: 8 km , Firenze: 30 km,

Our prices always include:
- electricity;
- water;
- gas for cooking;
- one set of linens for bed and bath per week;
- towels for the kitchen;
- cot for baby 0-3 years old (please specify us if you need it);
- free use of the swimmingpool (6x12 metres) and its facilities like sun-beds, umbrellas, etc;
- free (safe) parking inside our property;
- barbecue in our park at our guests disposal;
- Tv-sat and stereo/cd in each house;
- we book for free for our guests the tickets to visit the Uffizi and/or the Accademia museums so that you do not have to queue for hours in order to get in
Not included in our prices:
- final cleanings, to be paid before your departure, for a total of 200 Euros for whom is renting the whole property (100 euros per Il Villino and 100 euros per le Scuderie);
- extra or daily cleanings on request (10 euros per each hour of cleanings. Please consider that we need at least 3 or 4 hours to clean each house)
- heating, to be paid according to consumption
- changes of bedlinen or towels (15 euros per bed / 20 euros per changing the towels in each bathroom)
- woods for fireplace at 28 euros per 1 quintal/220.50 lb.
DEPOSIT: On arrival, the client must pay the owner or his appointee a deposit of Euros 500,00 cash per Il Villino or Le Scuderie (if you have rented both together, the deposit due is reduced to 800,00 Euros cash) . The deposit will be returned at the time of departure, but for holding back sums owed for any damage caused or for expenses not included in the contract (heating, extra cleanings and so on).
Bookings shall be considered valid under the following conditions: 1) Advanced-payment of 50% of the total amount due. This pre-payment can be made by means of bank transference only, and within the deadline we will write you; if you fail the deadline, we reserve ourselves the right to cancel your booking. The total balance is due on arrival to our place, before the start of rental and it can be paid only cash. If you prefer not to bring with you all that cash, you may settle the balance by paying it by bank transference at least 15-20 days before your arrival date (we need this time in order to check that the money has arrived on our account). 2) On our receipt of pre-payment, we will send the client his booking confirmation, valid for the names and the period written thereon. It is prohibited to transfer the booking to others or to show up in a greater number of persons than those indicated. In these circumstances the owner can refuse access to the persons in excess or may decide to cancel your booking without notice; in any case, the pre-payment will not be refunded.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Should the client decide to cancel his booking, the advanced-payment will not be refunded to the client, unrespectively of the date on which he should decide to cancel.
