It has six double rooms, five of them with en-suite bathroom, a huge sitting room, a dining room, full equiped kitchen and laundry rooom. It is luxury refurbised and decorated in a classic style. It is located in the golden mile (la milla de oro), 10 minutes walking distance from the main shops and restaurants and 15 minutes walking distance to the beach.Net rates to be paid: High season: easter, christmas, and summer (june, july and august).
7.000 per week (without cleaning service) and 8.000 per week (with cleaning service and cook) Low season: All weeks except easter, christmas, and summer (june, july and august).
4.000 per week (without cleaning service) and 4.800 per week (with cleaning service and cook) We offer checkin-out service. A maid and a gardener live in a completely separate house located in the garden. We can give you all the information regarding availability.
