The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with fantastic sea views across the Mediterranean Sea, islands and mountains; all rooms in the apartment have air conditioning and the living area is open plan with a fully equipped modern kitchen and lounge with a double sofa bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower and toilet, opening on to a large balcony with sea views. The twin bedroom has garden views and there is a separate family bathroom with shower and toilet. There is plenty to do in and around Kalamar Bay e.g. hamam-spa and aroma therapy massage services are 5 minutes away; the Kalamar Beach Club and Kulube Club are just 150m away.
Kalkan offers a variety of both roof top terrace and harbour front restaurants, bars and entertainment; many with spectacular views of the harbour, offering a mixture of regional Turkish/Mediterranean and European cuisine, as well as plenty of shopping and visiting local markets.
The apartment is well placed for visiting many historical sites and walking the ancient Lycian Way. This part of the Lycian Peninsula is a living museum and you can visit Patara, Letoon, Xanthos and Saklikent Gorge, all within 15-30 minutes drive.
Diving, sailing, boat trips, canoeing, kayaking, horse riding, paragliding, historical and archeological tours can all be arranged in Kalkan.
You can also visit the nearby towns of Kas (20 mins) and Fethiye (40 mins), the mountain villages of Islamlar with its trout farm restaurants and Bezirgan, a traditional Turkish village. LOCATION
