"Monplaisir" & "Debonnaire" are 2 spacious Gites set in beautiful surroundings just 2km from the typically French village of Clairac. Both offer ground floor and first floor bedroom, bathroom and toilet facilities. Both Gites sleep 6 but are also ideal for parties of up to 12 to rent both together.In Summary each Gite has: Private facilities:

Covered parking In Detail each Gite has: "Debonnaire" Ground Floor - Open plan Kitchen/living room/dining room - Gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils etc, dining table and 6 chairs, sofas, armchairs and coffee table. Double bedroom - Double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. Bathroom - Bath with shower facility, bidet, wash basin, cupboard and hair dryer. Utility room - Washing machine, clothes airier, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Separate toilet. First floor - 2 bedrooms, both twin with wardrobes and bedside cabinets, shower room with shower, basin and toilet. "Monplaisir" Same as Debonnaire but 1st floor bedrooms are double and twin. Both have electric heating, outside washing lines, private terrace and share the swimming pool. Cots, high chairs and pushchairs are available free of charge. Outside Over 1 acre of grounds surrounded by beautiful countryside. The swimming pool is furnished with sun loungers, chairs and parasols for soaking up the summer rays and is cleaned each evening using a automatic robot cleaner. It is fenced for the safety of your children and complies with the european safety standards. Each Gite has its own patio area with wooden garden furniture and BBQ. Satellite TV, access to our extensive library of videos and DVD's. Games room has full size pool, bar football and table tennis. Undercover parking area.
