Nestling in the peaceful hamlet of Lavayssiere and set in the large and tranquil grounds of an old stone farmhouse owned by Richard & Annette Le Couteur, the Barn and pool offers its guests a haven of peace and tranquility with all the beauty and history of the Lot & Dordogne valleys on its doorstep.
Inside Le Fenil:
The barn, which sleeps a maximum of 6 plus a baby, is full of character and provides tasteful accomodation over two floors:
On the GROUND FLOOR is the spacious open plan lounge, dining area & kitchen which features natural stone walls, arched windows and a beautiful hand crafted oak kitchen with oven & hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.
The UPPER FLOOR contains:
* 3 double bedrooms;
* Bedroom 1 - with double bed and en-suite shower room & WC
* "Master" Bedroom 2 - with double bed
* Bedroom 3 - with twin beds
* Shower room and WC
Bed linen and towels (excl. beach towels) are included and a cot and high chair are also available.
Outside Le Fenil guests can enjoy:
A private terrace to rear of Le Fenil with table chairs and barbecue.
The large 12m x 6m pool which is enclosed in its own secure area and has child safety alarms fitted for extra security.
Extensive garden with Table Tennis, Badmington & Croquet available.
