Bed Linen and towels included Location The house is only a very short drive into the famous medieval market town of Sarlat and the riverside villages of Beynac and Roque Gageac. Whilst a short car journey is essential to reach these places there are lovely walks from the property.
The Property
“LA FOURNERIE” is surrounded by private, mature, pretty and well-maintained gardens with a gated entrance that provides both privacy and security. The house is accessed from a quiet country lane. The main feature of this pretty house is the superb 40ft x 20ft swimming pool and surrounding sun terraces. Accommodation The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished. The entrance hall to the house opens into the spacious open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is particularly attractive with electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped with ample crockery and cooking utensils. There is a large dining table comfortably seating 5 and the lounge area has a wood burner. Off the hall are the 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet. The first bedroom has a small double bed 130 x 190 the second twin beds 90 x 190 and the third a double bed 160 x 200. The bathroom has a shower and vanity unit. The toilet is independant. A washing machine is also available. Outside The swimming pool, terraces and garden are the main feature of this delightful property. The pool is a large 12 metres x 6 metres with a Roman end and shower. The terrace round the pool is provided with sun-beds and the other with a barbeque and dining furniture. The accommodation is strictly restricted to 5 persons and only available between 28 June and 30 August. Bed linen and towels are provided. No smoking or pets are permitted.
