Beautifully located accommodation in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region near St.Emillion. We have 4 hectares of gardens and grounds surrounded by vineyards and forest but with easy access to sites, restaurants and shops. There is a direct train from Bordeaux to our local station which takes just 40 minutes.
This is a wonderful away from it all situation where reading a book or swimming in our 16x14m pool(open;mid May to mid Sept,the Jacuzzi Hot Tub is available year round)where tasting the local wine is all you need do! If, however, you want to be a bit more active, there is canoeing on the nearby river Dordogne, golf available at 2 locations only 40 minutes by car, or this is great cycling countryside and you can hire bikes from us.
We have the option of 2 double rooms and 1 twin room. We only rent to more than 2 people if they are travelling as friends or family as the bathroom (with roll top bath and shower over)is shared, but only by your party. You also have your own sitting room with TV for DVDs and dining area as well as an outside terrace. One of the bedrooms even has its own balcony/terrace with a view of the valley. A great place for watching the sunsets with a glass of local wine.
Additionally there is an adapted groundfloor bedroom with an en-suite suitable for wheelchair users or people with restricted mobility.
There is adsl wifi internet access.
A refridgerator and tea and coffee making facilities are at your disposal, as well as a BBQ.

There is a 2 night minimum stay policy.
Prices for April can often be the winter rate as it is dependent on weather and use of the pool. We offer discounts for weekly rates all year round of 10%.
Check in is 2pm or after, check out is 10.30am unless by alternative arrangement with us.
We accept deposits via credit card of 20% of the total price and final payments in euros on arrival.
