Villa Carlotta is a luxurious home in a large and lush garden. It is beautifully situated on a hill, in a quiet residential area, near the village of Valescure. It has a salt water swimming-pool and a poolhouse with a BBQ, and also a small guesthouse that is sometimes rented out. The main house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a terrace with a view over the garden and the mountains, and also an en-suite bathroom. The two other rooms, each with a double bed, share the second bathroom. On the ground floor, there is a living-room with an open fireplace, a dining-room, a guest toilet, and a kitchen. Close by is the guesthouse, with a small double bed - or a large bed for one. Here too, there is a bathroom (shower). This one is normally not rented out, but could be on special agreement. All along the house, there are shaded terraces and a couple of different eating-out areas. The pool and the garden are regularly looked after. Two cars can be parked within the locked gates. There are three golf courses within a 5 minutes drive, and wonderful beaches are only a few more minutes away.
