You are less than 2/10 of a mile to the beach without having to cross any streets and beach service is included with this house during summer months. (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) The pool can be heated in winter months for additional charge. Also, within 5 or less minutes out of your neighborhood you have a grocery store,the Silver Sands Outlet mall which has over 100 stores and great restaraunts! The bedding is 1 Queen BR, 1 BR w/2 twins, a 'bonus bunk room' with a set of bunks, these all share the downstairs bath, then there is the upstairs totally private King master w/private bath, and ofcourse the sofa sleeper. The booth at the kitchen can be for the children to eat while the bay window dinette is also available. The ouside door of the laundry room opens up to a small porch with outside shower,onto a sidewalk about 10 steps to the pool gate, so coming in and out with out mess is possible in this wonderful Made for Paradise Home. You will feel 'at home' in this wonderful cozy, memerable home as you stay and play in paradise!
