Description:
Beautiful renovated cottage on one of Haliburtans best lakes - Soyers. The cottage sits just feet from the water with spectacular views of the lake from the picture windows or the full length deck. The lakefront offers a nice sand beach with a nice 'walk in' and large lakefront deck and dock on the water with a canoe available for use. Great fishing for smallmouth, wallaye, pike and panfish. The lake is rated as being one of the cleanest lakes in the province with excellent water quality.

The cottage has been nicely redone with new appliances and furniture, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo and high speed internet. The 3 bedrooms are large with the master having a king size bed and a great view of the lake. The other two rooms are large and each have a double bed. Enjoy the evenings with the corner gas fireplace.

On the deck is a large Vermont Casting propane BBQ and outdoor table set overlooking the lake. Or a few steps down takes you to the lakefront deck and deck with its Muskoka Chairs.

Soyers Lake is part of the five lake chain that includes Kashagawigamog Lake, Canning Lake, Head Lake and Grass Lake. You can boat to all the lakes, stop at the Bonnieview for lunch and boat right into Haliburtan. Brysons Marina is right around the corner and provide boat rental to suit all types and budgets.

It is the perfect spot for a family or a couple looking to get away!!!
