The cottage is a 1500 sq. ft. 3 bedroom bungalow located in a private bay on the Madawaska River. There is a private sandy beach area which is very kid friendly, a swim out dock, paddle boat, canoe and lifejackets to fit various ages. The river is approx. 15 miles long and excellent for swimming, fishing, waterskiing, tubing, wakeboarding, scuba diving, kayaking and tranquil canoe trips. MB: King Size Bed
