Fully appl. kitchen w/paper products supplied,bath w/toiletries, ac,heat,tv/dvd, cd,cable,large enclosed porch with blinds,tile throughout except bdrms, large oversized windows,washer/dryer in cottage,phone, gas grill,linens, 2 car parking.Cottage is in Summer Village located on US Rt.1 w/3pools, tennis, playground, fitness cnter,sauna,arcade/gameroom, outdoor large screen movie theater,bocce, basketball and more.

Free organized sports/crafts/fun activities for all on weekends.Family atmosphere.Mins to several area beaches, Ogunquit center, shopping, dining, Perkins cove,Kennebunkport,Kittery,York Wild Kingdom.Trolley onsite and at front gate to area destinations.

No pets/non smoking. Off season rates and daily in May/June, after Sept.4th-Oct or rent weekly Sat/Sat in high season.

Memorial Day weekend exception $140 per night, and Labor Day weekend $160 per night.

Rates are considerably less than renting directly with Summer Village.
