Both bedrooms have large sitting areas, Direct TV, and gorgeous views of the ocean! A $300.00 (refundable) security deposit required to hold your reservation. Returned approximately 2-3 weeks after your departure date, assuming no damage or excessive cleaning required. Cancellation policy: 45 day notice for full refund. If less than 45 days, no refund will be issued unless cottage can be rented for the exact week(s) that was booked. Sorry for any inconvenience. 7% Maine state sales tax is required. ***Cottage is not suitable for young children as it is not child proof. Please contact owners regarding age suitability.
