We offer you our apartment Corcega, a great apartment that will make you feel like at home. The first thing you will notice is the TRANQUILITY of the apartment. The kitchen is fully equiped with a combi fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, dishwasher machine and all the dishes and plates you may need. The cosy bathroom is equiped with shower. The living room has a special touch with its huge library equiped with TV 21” with SATELITTE, Video and CD/ radio and his comfortable sofa. It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other one with 2 twin beds and both with a wardrobe to put all your clothes. All the apartment is equiped with CENTRAL HEATING for the winter (more comfortable) and AIR CONDITIONING for the summer. We also provide you a washing machine, an iron and ironboard. A free cot for a child is available if needed. A the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. We make the cleaning of the apartment once a week (or more often on request). All costs are included.(water and electricity). The building is equipped with a LIFT.The location is excellent and very central just at a 5 min. walk from the famous SAGRADA FAMILIA, the cathedral from Gaudi (area eixample) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the TOURISTIC BUS. At only a 5 minuts walk you can find the “Avenue Gaudi” , a pleasant avenue very apreciated for the spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you can’t miss it). An other interesting place and also a stop of the modernist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the HOSPITAL SANT PAU. The area is especially SAFE and QUIET. At only 20 meters from the apartment you will find 3 supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast and biologic shop. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (L-Lilac (II) et L-blue (V) at a 2 min walk from the apartment that lead you directy to the Plaza Catalunya (Old City) 15 min or Pº de Gracia (10 min) . If you want to go to the beach you have also a direct bus that last around 15- 20 min.

Booking Payment :
For the reservation to be confirmed the customer is asked to make an advance payment of 25% of the total amount, before the date until which the reservation will be held without advance payment. This will be made by a Visa or MasterCard credit card or by bank transfer. Confirmation :
Once the bank transfer or credit card authorization has been received, we will send you confirmation of the reservation with all the directions necessary to get to the apartment. Cancellation :
If the client cancels a fully paid pre payment, there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period. - More than 60 days before: deposit refundable.
- 45 days before: refundable 50% of the prepayment.
- Less than 30 days before: deposit is non-refundable.
