The apartment is situated in a small building at the second floor of two grounds. It hosts 2+2 people. It is near the church of Santa Croce, 10 minutes walking from the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery and all the most important places of interest of Florence. The apartment is about 65 square mts with wooden floors and typical frameworks of beams on the ceiling, recently restored and fully furnished.
The wide, bright and quiet living room with a balcony has a library with a television, sofa and a double sofa-bed (queen size). In a corner there is the kitchen, fully equipped with stove, cutlery, fridge and small freezer. There is a round table with four chairs.
In the living room there are stairs to the roof-terrace that has a loggia with a table and four chairs where it is possible to eat with the view of the tower of Giotto and the hill of Fiesole.
The bedroom, very bright, has a queen bed (or two singles) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is wide, has a shower, a bath tub, lavatory, bidet, wc and the washing machine.

Single heating is included in the rate. Air conditioning is not (USD 10 per day).
Linen and towels are provided and included in the rates. Linen change once a week.
I think that the apartment is not indicated for young children because of the stairs and the terrace but a baby cot is available.
Well-bred animals are welcome.
