This unit is bright and sunny. Two bedrooms, two baths, sleeps 6 comfortably. Windows let in the light to both the livingroom and dining area. Sliding glass doors open from the living area out to the balcony. Queen sleeper sofa. The galley kitchen is updated with wood, granite and all top-of-the line appliances.
The master suite also has sliding glass doors that open out to the balcony. There is a king bed, large walk-in closet, full tub and shower and seperate dressing area.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds. Sliding glass doors open out to the balcony as well. The guest bedroom has its own full bath with tub/shower combination.
The South Seas Club is located at the beach on Marco Island, Florida. There is a guard gate with 24-hour security. The landscaped property has walkways, and features lots of tropical trees and flowers. There is covered (garage) parking for tenants, with additional space for guests. A fitness room is available, and tennis courts may be reserved for an hourly fee. The property has a (seasonally) heated swimming pool and boardwalk leading directly out to the beach. Boaters Take Note: Wet slips with dock avaiable for rent by Association - daily and longer stays.
