DEPOSIT: To reserve your dates, we require 25% of the total rent. This deposit may be secured by providing a check or money order or making a payment through PayPal. Please note that dates cannot be guaranteed until your deposit is received. The remaining rent, Plus a $275.00 refundable security deposit will be due 15 days prior to your arrival date. A $125 Cleaning Fee will be charged if the condo is not cleaned prior to departure. THERE IS NO MAID SERVICE: DISHES ARE REQUIRED TO AT LEAST BE CLEANED BY DISHWASHER IF NOT HAND WASHED. Cancellation must be requested 30 days prior to arrival for full refund. A 50% cancellation fee will be deducted for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. If the unit is re-rented for the same arrival and departure dates, a full refund will be given. NO PETS PLEASE.
NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO. THERE IS A BALCONY IF SMOKING IS NEEDED. We are not responsible for & can’t guarantee any reservations for community features ie. Movie Theater, Gourmet Kitchen etc. They are reserved on a first come first serve basis. Please discuss with us for any clarification.
