This cosy apartment is located in the Champs-Elysées area, few steps away from the Arc de Triomphe. This monument was commissioned in 1806 by Napoleon, shortly after his victory at Austerlitz. Beneath the Arch is the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and eternal flame commemorating the dead of the two world wars.
The apartement is at 5th floor via elevator of a 18th Century building and consists of 2 small rooms. The living room provides a dining table and 3 chairs, a sofa convertible for 2 people, Tv set and CD player, telephone for incoming calls. The bedroom offers another sofa convertible, a wide cupboard and minor furnishing. The separate kitchen has a window opening on the courtyard, fitted units, hob, fridge, electric oven, mini dish washer, kettle. The bathroom provides shower and sink, and also a clothes washer; the toilette is in a separate room.
The nearest Metro station is Charles de Gaulle/Etoile (lines 1, 2, 6 and RER line A).

Rental General Conditions
1. RESERVATIONS
After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill out the "Reservation" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons.2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency. 3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal. 4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only. 5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. 6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental. 7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
