Montaparnasse/Daguerre (rue Roger) studio/apartment - Apartment Rental Listing Details

This charming studio apartment is located in the rue Roger, a small and quiet street running into rue Daguerre and its wonderful open market and shops. It is few steps away from rue de la Gaité with its theatres, Montparnasse Cemetery. We are in the heart of Montparnasse, meeting point for at least a century of the artistic and cultural avant-gardes.

The apartment, fully renovated at beginning of 2008, is at fourth floor of a walking up building. It is 20 square metres wide and offers a living room with a very comfortable sofa convertible for 2 people, a cosy dining table, and a wide closet, Tv cable, high speed Internet connection iron and ironing board.
The wide separate kitchen provides fires cook top, refrigerator/freezer, coffeemaker, cooking utensils and various kitchen furniture. The bathroom has shower, lavabo, WC.

The nearest Metro stations are Gaité (line 13). Denfert Rochereau (line 4, 6 RER Line B).

2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency.

3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal.

4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.

6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
