We are located on Scenic Gulf Drive in one of Destin's most popular resorts. Our unit is tastefully decorated with upscale furniture and carpeting. It is on the top floor (4th) and is only 2 doors down from the elevator. It has a 30' balcony with a great view of the gulf. Maravilla has 2 1/2 acres of private deeded beach and 2 pools.
Rental includes complimentary BEACH SERVICE WITH 2 LOUNGE CHAIRS AND UMBRELLA (seasonal) Unit also has portacrib for your infant or toddler. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, wine and margarita glasses, ironing board and iron, 3 t.v.s, vcr, dvd, 2 phones, full size pantry, washer/dryer and lots of games for adults and children. Linens and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. The dining room seats 6 comfortably with barstools for extra seating. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat and entertainment center with t.v. and dvd/vcr. Both bedrooms have their own bath plus a great fun bunkroom for the kids. Bedrooms can accomodate infant crib. Holiday rates are additional.
