This very charming apartment is located in the rue Picardie, few steps away from the Square du Temple, the trendy shops of rue du Bretagne and the Market of the Red Children (Le Marché des Enfants Rouge), the oldest food market in Paris. You can also take a stroll to Picasso Museum, the Cirque d'hiver, the Place des Vosges, the Opera Bastille or to the Centre Georges Pompidou (10 minutes walking).
This 40 square meters cosy apartment is at the second French floor via stairs and it is suitable for 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200 cms), two small cupboards, and minor furnishings. The living room is furnished by a very comfortable sofa/bed for 2 people (140x200 cms), two armchairs, a dining table with 6 chairs, a chinese cupboard and minor furniture, cable Tv and telephone for incoming calls.
The open kitchen is equipped with electric ceramic contact grills, microwave, fridge, sink, and washer/dryer. The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink, bidet, hair dryer and matching towels. The toilette in a separate room.
The nearest Metro stations are Filles du Calvaire (line 9), République (lines 3, 5, 8, 9, 11)

1. RESERVATIONS
After verifying the availability of the apartment you've chosen, fill out the "Reservation" form by indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons. 2. DEPOSIT PAYMENT
We must receive a booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be definitively accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency. 3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at least 7 days before the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal. 4. PRICE
The price includes:
> Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
> Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
> Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys.
> Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.
The price does not include:
> Your telephone calls
> Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
> The refundable damage security deposit shall be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
> An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only. 5. CANCELLATION
We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. 6. NUMBER OF PERSONS OCCUPYING THE FLAT
The number of persons cannot be more than the number of beds indicated on the reservation contract (number also includes children less than 2 years old). If the number of occupants is not respected, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental. 7. LATE CHECK IN
For a check in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant a 80 euros extra
