This luxurious 35 square meters residence is located in the Rue Arsène Houssaye, rental right on the Champs-Elysées corner. It is just step off and enter the Cartier store or cross the avenue to Louis Vuitton. It includes a studio and a large private yard. It is at ground floor and accessible to persons with special needs. It is totally secure (armored front door), quiet and equipped with luxury furniture. It is accessible to persons with special needs.
The very comfortable bed can be set as single, twin or double. An extra bed is available. The full American-style kitchen provides dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave with grill, refrigerator, deep-freeze, hood) with bar - coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, blender, steam pan, etc. The luxury bathroom has bathtub, cascade and standard showers, solid granite wash basin with sophisticated "source" tap; high pressure (extra fast tub filling); hair dryer; automatic ventilation. The large private patio has anti-burglar glass door with electrical blinds and - weather permitting, you can set your table outside.
Finally, the apartment provides central heating & individual A.C., safe with digital code, TV, Internet (WIFI), telephone (free calls to the U.S., Canada and some E.U. countries), powerful AC-DC transformer (110-200-220-240V), electronic keyboard on request, bilingual maid service available.

RESERVATION

Once you have chosen the apartment and verified the availability, you may fill out the cases of the “Reservation Inquiry Form” indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons of your party.

BOOKING DEPOSIT PAYMENT

We require a booking deposit corresponding to 30% of the total cost of the rental for finalizing the reservation. You may pay by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. The Euro is the only accepted currency.

RENTAL BALANCE PAYMENT AND REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

In principle, the rental balance and the refundable security deposit shall be paid by credit card at latest 4 days or by bank transfer (For EU Citizens only) at latest 10 days before the arrival date. In some particular cases, we accept this payment cash on the arrival upon previous request.
The refundable security deposit will be refunded at latest within 72 hours after the departure.

PRICE

The price includes:
- Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances.
- Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks.
- Personal reception at the apartment on arrival and on departure for formalities and keys between 8 am and 8 pm.
- Household insurance that covers the apartment but not the tenants and their personal effects.

The price does not include:
- Your telephone calls
- Consumption of electricity for rentals of 4 weeks and plus.
- The refundable security deposit will be 30% of the total rental (not less than 300 euros).
- An extra charge of 20% applicable in the period Christmas/New Year's Eve only.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not refund the booking deposit if the cancellation is made less than 60 days before the scheduled arrival. We refund the booking deposit (less 100 euros for administration costs) if the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the scheduled arrival.

NUMBER OF PERSONS IN THE APARTMENT

The number of persons cannot be more than the number indicated in the reservation contract (this number includes also children aged less than 2 years old). Should be not respected the number of occupants, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract and keep the entire cost of your rental.

LATE CHECK-IN

For a check-in after 8:00 pm, we will charge the tenant by 50 euros extra. For a check in after 12:00 pm, we will charge the tenant by 80 euros extra
