The location of these two properties is very convenient for the airport at Limoges, which is served by more regional UK airports than almost anywhere else in France. The apartments are central to the beautiful town of Rochechouart, which dates from the 15th century, is famous for its Chateau, but to some, even more for containing evidence of the largest meteor ever to hit Earth. The Chateau, shops, bars and restaurants are all within easy walking distance, with delightful lakes for swimming and water sports, a short drive away. Walking and cycling enthusiasts will find plenty of woodland tracks to explore and for the golfers there are three excellent courses, all open to non members throughout the year, within easy reach. With the cities of Angouleme and Limoges equidistant, there is something for everyone, including sightseeing, shopping and the café culture.
