The third bedroom (Bedroom N°3), because it is dependante from the Bedroom N°1 (No direct entry), can be used as an extra bedroom with a sofa-bed for a single people.
The bedrooms N°1 and N°2 have each a bathroom and toiletts.
There is a dining room area in the living room for 6/8 people and a large kitchen fully equipped. The apartment is just 5 minutes’ walk from the Luxemburg Gardens and beyond: St-Sulplice Church and the Place St-Sulplice, boulevard St Germain; the Pantheon, rue Mouffetard and the Latin Quarter; the Sorbonne University and boulevard St Michel.
It is also close to the Montparnasse area, whose ateliers and Bohemian lifestyle attracted both French and foreign artistes before the war and which has remained a lively centre with its numerous cinemas, café-theatres, boutiques and restaurants, such as La Coupole, a famous meeting point for artists and writers of the period.

This apartment can be rented for a week minimum (2200 euros/week), local tax and any charge included.
If the stay is less than a week, the rate is the same as for a week.Christmas & New year +25%. Booking deposit 30% of the rate; balance on delivery of the keys.
Security/damage deposit € 500 weekly rental; €1000 monthly rental. Check-in after 12 a.m. and check-out before 10 a.m.
Linen and towels included. Cancellation & Return Policy:
50% of the account will be returned if cancellation is made at least 60 days before the date of the rental. There is no refund for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival date.
