We are the owners of a historic farmhouse dating back to the 1400's, built on Colle Giorgio, a hill just outside Perugia. Located in open countryside, but a mere stone's throw from the historic centre of the city, it was converted into a family villa in the 1970's.During 2001-2002, the building has once again been refurbished and remodeled into three sumptuous apartments, which are intended for families wishing to spend brief holiday periods in Umbria. At only 150 meters. There is the bus stop. At only three km there is the central train station. At only two km there is the central bus station that connect Perugia with all Umbria and Italy. At only 200-300 meters. There are stores, markets, shops, cafe'.
