Walk distance to the beach (two streets), bus stop to old San Juan, and Isla verde, banks, really good Puerto Rican restaurants, supermarkets, small shops, Ashford Hospital, pharmacy (two small ones and Walgreen's), mayor hotels for tourist packages.
