Delayed Arrivals- No refunds. If our property is damaged & we cannot fulfill your reservation, you will be given the option to either cancel your reservation with a 100% refund, or be moved to a comparable property. Owner reserves the right to refuse business to past guests who have defaced or damaged the property. Guests will assume costs of replacing items that are missing upon the guest departure. Bookings made by guests who do not meet eligibility requirements published in the policies table can be cancelled within 24 hours of the booking.
